Invitation to Tender –

Design, supply and installation of yoghurt/halloumi processing line

 

Bays Leap Dairy Farm are inviting suppliers to tender for the design, supply, installation and commissioning/training for a small scale batch processing plant to produce batches of natural yoghurt and halloumi style cheese.

 

Key tender and supply requirements

​

:•Capacity for processing up to 2000 Litres milk per batch, and handling downstream production of yoghurt or halloumi style cheese

​

.•Equipment supply will be subject to agreed layout plan, but likely to include facility for steam generation (optional), pasteurisation, quarg vat, cheese press, blending, homogenisation, depositing/flling of yoghurt, cutting and filling cheese. Cold storage may also be needed as an optional extra.

 

•Suppliers must be able to deliver the solution and install before mid December 2025. Second hand and/or new equipment may be specified in your bid. When responding, please indicate lead time for supply to site, along with information around installation, commissioning and training. Please include all relevant information and equipment specification in your response.
