

Farm Butchery
Our Farm Butchery is open 7 days a week, ran by our Butchery Team: Alan, Naomi, Stuart, Harry, Angel & Stephen. The team butcher and prepare a range of cuts from classics staples to easy meals.
Our Beef is our grass fed beef just like our dairy cows the food fed to our beef herd is from our home grown organic fields in Northumberland. They are grass-fed and this is what gives it the amazing flavour and great quality.
Our Grass Fed Lamb is local Northumberland Lamb some of which are finished on our fields.
Our Pork is Free Range Pork from Annas Happy Trotters in East Yorkshire, only 1-2% of the Pork in the UK is Free Range and we also use this Pork to hand made our own Sausages on site and Bacon.
We have a wide range of Class A British Chicken, whole, breasts and lots of marinated products ready straight for the oven.
