Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions

1. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

2. Vouchers can only be redeemed in the Bays Leap Farm Dairy Shop and Butchery Shop located on the farm.

3. Vouchers are non refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

5. Bays Leap Farm reserve the right to decline and cancel a gift voucher if we suspect fraud. All gift vouchers are individually numbered and monitored.

6. If you purchase is over the gift voucher value payment can be then made by cash or card.

7. If you spend under the gift voucher value, an new updated gift voucher will be issued.
